The Argentina Love & Respect Mission Team
Us! Mike is riding the coattails of God's wild plan for him at Grace Point as the Pastor of Community, where he gets to work with small groups, marriage/family, financial stewardship, and discipleship/leadership ministries. Jacqui's finding her niche as the Executive Assistant for the senior pastor and executive pastor, while also serving in the marriage/family area and co-leading some small groups with Mike. We've learned the lesson of Love & Respect and are excited to help spread the word within the context of truly spreading the Word among local communities in Argentina.
Dan & Jan Carter - Dan is Associate Pastor of Counseling at Community Bible Church; Dan and Jan run Life Lessons Ministries, and have a lifelong passion of taking the Gospel and discipleship to the Latin American community (Guatamala, Mexico, Argentina). She has trained and co-led teams to start churches in the US, Europe, Africa, Central and South America. She has also has organized and participated in Women’s Discipleship conferences in Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala and Argentina. God has answered her prayers to participate in the ‘Love and Respect’ Conference in Argentina as a translator and speaker in October.
David Ibarra, his wife Patricia and their family are native ministry leaders in Rafaela, Argentina (about 3 hours from Cordoba). David serves as both a pastor, a ministry mentor and church planting champion for Argentina. He and his area leaders will serve as both our hosts and the facilitators of all regional ministry efforts while our team is in Argentina. David has a lion's heart for advancing the local church and is excited to see the work of missions and church planting expand to also penetrate the marriages and home life of families across the region.
Bonnie Teachout - having grown up in southern Mexico as the daughter of life-long missionaries, the work of taking the Gospel to people everywhere has been a way of life for Bonnie. Her entire family shares a mantle of world-wide ministry efforts, and Bonnie's own heart for serving in God's Kingdom has led her to destinations all over Latin America, particularly Mexico and Guatamala. She has a heart for helping hurting women discover healing and hope in Jesus Christ. She will be helping translate and leading women's ministry opportunities on this trip to Argentina.
